If your solar energy system was not installed by SunFlower but needs professional attention, our team is ready to help. We understand how frustrating system issues can be, and we’re here to provide trusted support for homeowners and businesses across Maine and Massachusetts. SunFlower offers on-site diagnostic and maintenance services for solar systems installed by other providers. Our licensed technicians will inspect your system, identify issues such as inverter or panel faults, monitoring errors, or production loss, and provide a detailed summary of findings along with recommended next steps. Please note that since SunFlower did not install your system, we cannot guarantee a solution or assume any workmanship warranty for the original installation. However, we will always do our best to identify and resolve the issue efficiently and safely. A flat service fee applies to all non-SunFlower service calls, plus an hourly rate for time on-site. This ensures transparency and fair pricing while allowing us to dedicate the necessary time to diagnosing and repairing your system. Our goal is simple—to get your solar system performing as it should, so you can continue generating clean, reliable energy. Using industry-leading diagnostic tools and years of hands-on experience, we’ll help you understand what’s happening with your system and outline clear, professional solutions. Service area: Maine and New Hampshire only. Pricing: Flat service fee + hourly rate (billed after initial assessment). Even if we didn’t install your system, you can trust SunFlower to bring care, expertise, and professionalism to every service call.
