Fresh and Local, Four Seasons of the Year
we grow our hydroponic microgreens in a four-season off-grid greenhouse internally developed to run four seasons of the year with little to no energy footprint. We chose hydroponics to further our mission of upholding our goal of being as environmentally friendly as possible. we grow a wide range for commerical use across the state including but not limited to the following: daikon radish, pea tendrils, sunflower, broccoli, red cabbage, red rambo radish, upland cress, cilantro, basil.
